The role of Mortgage Customer Assistant
* Telephone Support and Client Assistance:
* Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via telephone, providing professional and courteous assistance.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently.
* Provide clients with information on our services, lending options, and guide them through the application process.
* Administrative Support to the Corporate Lending Director:
* Assist the Corporate Lending Director / Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Prepare and manage loan application documents, agreements, and client records to completion.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM system.
* Business Development Support:
* Identify potential new business opportunities through client interactions and outreach.
* Generate leads and set appointments for the Corporate Lending Director.
