(https://www.xerox.com/en-us/jobs/diversity) Job Summary: As a Global CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing CPQ Reinvention within the Global High-Tech Template (GHT) program, and ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will lead the design, global implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of the GHT CPQ platform to streamline sales operations and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the CPQ team and manage the CPQ Reinvention within the Global High-Tech Template program, from conception to implementation. - Collaborate with business leaders of the Go-to-Markets and support functions to understand CPQ needs and future direction. Provide assurance throughout the GHT program that the needs are being met. - Collaborate with other GHT program leaders in Enterprise Architecture, the Lead to Cash workstream and beyond to ensure an integrated and flexible solution. - Work with our strategic transformation partner to focus on design and implementation using standard functionality with minimal customization. - Manage the global roll-out of the new CPQ solution within the overall GHT implementation timeline. - Lead tactical Quick Win initiatives to pre-position the CPQ application landscape for rapid transition to the GHT. - During all phases of the GHT program, validate that the planned retirement of multiple disparate CPQ applications is being achieved, with business adoption of the new solution. - Design and configure CPQ tools to meet the specific requirements of the business. - Demonstrate the leadership skills needed to handle innovation and change resulting from the implementation of the new CPQ solution. - Ably manage situations requiring high levels of interpersonal and negotiating skills. - Apply your knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, current and emerging technologies, architectures, and security considerations. - Lead the team to successfully work through complex or high impact problems. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field. - Proven experience (at least 10 years) in CPQ process management, preferably in a global setting. - Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or other leading CPQ platforms. - Familiarity with ERP systems and integration of CPQ tools with other business applications.
