Role Overview:
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged children with behavioural challenges and learning difficulties. You will help these students engage with the curriculum and develop the social and emotional skills they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide classroom support to students with additional learning needs.
2. Assist in implementing behaviour management techniques to support positive engagement.
3. Help students with literacy, numeracy, and other learning activities.
4. Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons to the needs of each student.
5. Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
6. Experience working with students with challenging behaviours and learning needs.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
