Administrative Support Role in Insurance Division
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Officer to join our Insurance division based in Belfast. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy team of fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative assistance to fee earners, including managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
* Preparing and editing documents to ensure accuracy and quality
* Coordinating meetings and appointments with stakeholders

Salary: £28,500 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Belfast, a vibrant city in Northern Ireland.
