Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working within a contact centre environment handling incoming calls from clients, answering a range of enquiries regarding their remortgage transactions.
The role will also involve liaising with third parties such as banks and working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless client experience.
The Successful Applicant
No experience is required; the business welcomes candidates from a range of backgrounds.
Customer-focused with a confident telephone manner.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills.
Good teamwork skills.
