As theOFCI Project Manager (m/f/d),you will be responsible for the management and delivery of all projects related to OFCI aspects across the New Build construction Projects as part of the GDC EMEA growth portfolio. This responsibility will include but is not limited to the overseeing of key execution, change, risk and site interface aspects associated with specific projects across GDC EMEA engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires travel across our EMEA sites - 50% to begin with, and a further increase when the full construction begins.
What you will do
1. Accountable for the successful management, delivery and end to end implementation of OFCI portion of DCD Construction Projects, including oversight working with onsite construction team
2. Accountable for Preparation for meetings, chairing and recording all minutes / trackers Generally 1 main OFCI meeting per week with vendors plus additional Daily Touch Point where required
3. Work with Lead project PM and scheduling team to align Vendor Equipment Delivery Schedule to overarching project schedule
