Join us to help shape the future of rural broadband in Scotland. The Telesales Executive plays a key role in growing and maintaining the Highland Broadband customer base. Responsible for both inbound and outbound sales calls, you will strive to convert opportunities into customers, looking to maximise the Average Revenue per Unit (ARPU) and Value Added Services (VAS). As well as new sales activity, the Telesales Executive will also handle existing customer contract renewal negotiations. We have full and part-time opportunities available between 12 and 8pm Monday to Saturday. Based at our recently acquired Inverness office, you will join a friendly and motivated customer operations team. As Telesales Executive you will use your excellent communication and rapport-building skills to: Proactively contact potential Highland Broadband customers from leads generated by marketing and field sales activity. Respond to inbound sales calls in a timely and efficient manner. Identify customer needs via effective questioning, upselling to higher tariffs where possible. Contacting existing customers to encourage referrals, and to identify opportunities for VAS sales and to negotiate contract renewals. Effectively utilise CRM tools to accurately record information on call activity, effectively manage sales, leads and pipeline. Support customer service colleagues so that the customer onboarding process is smooth. Objection handle to overcome any customer concerns. Work to the company sales quality standards and processes to ensure all contacts receive a positive brand experience.
