The reason for these roles is ALL due to internal promotions; in fact, 3 in 4 hires at this level have been promoted and typically the next step up is to Regional Account Manager or Business Development Management which attracts a GBP45-50k base + car allowance + GBP20-25k where top performers are exceeding GBP100k.
