Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across Cardiff. If you are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting children in their educational journey, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support to teachers in a variety of primary school settings. Assist with planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that Welsh language support is integrated where necessary. Support children with additional learning needs, ensuring their individual learning styles are catered for. Help to manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning attitudes. Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to help children develop their academic and social skills. Promote the Welsh language development and cultural understanding. Requirements: Fluency in Welsh is essential for this role. Experience working with children in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
