School Secretary/Registrar at Portsmouth Catholic Regional School (Portsmouth)
Portsmouth Catholic Regional School is seeking a full-time School Secretary.
This multi-faceted position requires an administrative assistant capable of managing a fast-paced office including:
* Manage a busy phone and front door using appropriate safety protocols
* Manage student and other office records and files
* Assist with school communications
* Support student needs such as early dismissal or emergency contacts
* Manage the school calendar/schedule and substitute teachers
* Manage office supplies and equipment
* Assist with various school activities
* Other duties as assigned by the principal
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient with databases and the Google/Microsoft office suite. 3 or more years of school environment experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to complete all necessary screening and education for the protection of children.
