Job Title: SHEQ Advisor Location: Waterlooville office Hours: Part-Time, 25hrs per week, Flexible Hours/days Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE pro rata) Benefits The role Actemium Automation are seeking a dedicated, part-time Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Advisor to support safety needs across our business unit's within the UK. You will provide an efficient, timely and responsive SHEQ advisory support to the business, contributing to the development and maintenance of our SHEQ systems and procedures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with, safety, health, environmental and quality standards. Main Responsibilities Offer guidance on environmental sustainability to meet targets and drive towards net zero objectives. Conduct reviews of contractor documentation, and deliver safety meetings, audits, and inspections. Ensure delivery of legislative compliance and promotion of continuous improvement of safety performance. Produce timely and efficient reports/information to managers, conduct monthly H&S and quarterly environment reporting. The Person Working knowledge of ISO Standards 9001, 45001 & 14001, competent internal auditor NVQ Level 3/4 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice or NEBOSH certificate and Tech IOSH Excellent written & oral communication skills to deliver reports to the business and customers. Ability to develop and deliver training material in an engaging and effective manner.
