About the role
You will join the Ideation team, a dynamic, ambitious and customer centric team whose goal is to empower English language learning and enable better results for our learners and teachers across the globe, through innovative, world-class English language learning and assessment products and services.
We are looking for an expert in digital engagement to help define the global propositions and sector portfolio strategies through the following:
* Design, implement, and refine digital engagement strategies to amplify our offerings and optimise social media impact
* Collaborate with product teams during early stages of the product lifecycle to gather valuable user insights
* Develop and execute digital engagement strategies, including social media and virtual communities to extend product reach and brand awareness
* Foster deep, ongoing relationships with educators, learners, and EdTech stakeholders to fuel innovation
* Collaborate across teams to design assets that help drive product engagement and increase visibility
About you
You are a creative critical thinker with a proven track record in digital communications, social media marketing, and community building. You are well-versed in leveraging contemporary and emerging digital channels to influence and engage audiences. With experience working under pressure in culturally diverse, global teams, you thrive in agile environments.
Your ability to synthesise complex information into compelling messages, coupled with strong digital marketing skills, makes you a key player in driving innovative product solutions. Familiarity with the EdTech industry is desirable.
