About
We’re looking for a curious, commercially-minded Revenue Manager to join our Airparks Commercial Finance team and drive revenue performance across our European parking portfolio. This is a key role in shaping dynamic pricing strategies that help us grow revenue while staying aligned with our business goals.
You'll be joining a team that’s passionate about turning insight into action - using data, tools and creative thinking to influence decisions and unlock revenue opportunities. You’ll support our pricing and trading decisions through insight and analysis. Your work will help shape our approach to optimising demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and business performance.
The Role
As Revenue Manager, you’ll:
* Develop and implement pricing strategies for Airparks’ sites across Europe, using real-time data, demand forecasting and competitor insight
* Monitor and adjust pricing models to reflect demand patterns, customer behaviour, and market conditions
* Deliver pricing and revenue optimisation recommendations aligned to financial targets and planning cycles
* Produce regular reports to track revenue performance and benchmark against competitors
* Use data analysis to forecast performance, track KPIs and identify emerging trends in the external environment—such as market shifts or policy changes—to assess their impact and uncover opportunities
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure alignment, consistency and to share ideas, innovations and best practices
* Own the accuracy and consistency of pricing data - validating and loading files across our systems
* Support the enhancement of revenue management tools in partnership with internal tech teams and third-party providers
What you can bring to our team:
You’re a commercially-minded revenue professional who’s confident working independently, thrives on solving complex problems, and loves turning data into smart decisions. You’re excited by the idea of making a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative business- where flexibility, creativity and doing things differently aren’t just encouraged, they’re expected.
* Experience in a revenue management role, ideally in parking, hospitality, travel or a similarly dynamic industry
* Expert level skills in pricing strategy, financial modelling and forecasting - you know how to make the numbers work
* Confident with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally exposure to revenue management tools or business intelligence platforms
* Ability to turn complex market data into actionable insights that drive smart decisions
* Great communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
* A commercial mindset paired with sharp problem-solving skills and impeccable attention to detail
* An interest in helping shape best practices and contributing to growth in a forward-thinking revenue function
Everyone’s career path is individual and different, so this is just a guide. If your experience doesn’t exactly match this, you’re encouraged to apply so we can explore your unique strengths.
