Based in our Wellingborough head office, you have the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Your Role Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Support colleagues across Arkle who have no formal project management background to identify project tasks, timelines and resource requirements. Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on project delivery. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals. Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Strategic Transformation function and its way of working. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. Strong on the process side of Project Management including controls and risk management. Financial Services experience. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. A project management qualification ( e.g. Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master or recognised equivalent). A self-starter who is comfortable to be THE person the business relies on to keep projects on track.
