Applications are invited for the newly created position of Finance Systems Support Officer, a role within the Finance Department at the University of South Wales. The role sits within the Finance Systems & Development team and reports to the Manager. Based at the Pontypridd Campus at the University of South Wales. The University is currently operating a hybrid-model of working, however, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week.
This role will provide first-line support on a day-to-day basis to all users across the Group, managed through a Point of Business portal, requiring the need to solve problems and offer solutions or escalate to the development team.
The role will provide support to the Finance Systems & Development team in particular with the production and maintenance of user guides, providing specialist training to the group to showcase new functionality, modules or as part of an induction.
We are looking for a self-motivated professional, who is looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and continual development of the finance system, Technology One.
This is a full-time post.
