Are you an empathetic Mental Health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?
We are now recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join a well-established NHS trust based in Wiltshire on a locum contract. The post on offer will be an immediate start for an ongoing period. Working full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
The successful Practitioner will management of a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs. The successful practitioner will take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of children who present to the service with mental health problems and especially those that are at risk of or have attempted deliberate self-harm.
Skills and experience needed:
1. Managing a caseload
2. Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
3. Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
4. Can work well independently and as part of the team
