Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temp to perm role
Hours: Full time
Salary: £24,000 per annum
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of the Customer Service team supporting and managing customer accounts with exceptional organisation on behalf of the company, ensuring that client’s expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the team to create quotes, order samples and follow-up on customer quotes.
2. Assist team members in data input, collating and maintaining customer information.
3. Facilitate communication with others key to the customer fulfilment process, including requesting artwork internally and POs with suppliers externally, and liaising with dispatch.
4. Support team members to service, develop and grow accounts.
5. Proactively develop accounts by becoming their trusted adviser.
