Working in conjunction with our external Marketing & PR agency, we have created a new opportunity for a full time experienced marketing professional to join our business in a standalone role giving a unique opportunity by assuming responsibility of all aspects of our marketing. This would ideally suit an individual who has gained previous and expert marketing experience within their career to date and who has experience in implementing and operating a marketing strategy to support the business, along with looking for their next career opportunity and/or new challenges. This will be a busy and challenging position providing great reward and job satisfaction for an individual who can take the lead and pioneer this area of the business with expert knowledge, ideas and creativity. Main Objectives: Manage the media and communications strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders Manage our website and all associated social media platforms Create marketing external and internal communications Partner business leaders to create a rolling marketing plan Work closely with our sales division to create marketing presentations Create or arrange marketing videos and other marketing avenues Design and uniform our branding templates to ensure consistency across the business Manage the coordination of branded merchandise and other marketing materials Propose, plan and assist with external events and trade shows Support the public relations strategy Oversee market research insights and translate them into marketing strategies and opportunities Essential Requirements: Marketing degree, qualification or equivalent practical experience Website management experience SEO optimisation experience A minimum of 4 years previous experience within a similar role Extensive knowledge of digital marketing Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Strong influencing and communication skills Proactive, hands-on approach Creativity with the ability to think outside of the box Ability to confidentially propose new ideas and challenge existing practices Previous marketing experience within the crane or construction industries would be an advantage In Return: Competitive salary and benefits Discretionary annual bonus Generous holiday entitlement Company pension, life assurance and other flexible benefits Employee assistance programme Flexible working hours Our core office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, however, we can offer an element of flexibility in relation to these working hours.
