Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator
A leading Facilities Management contractor specialising in full HVAC M&E projects and maintenance contracts, is looking for a driven projects administrator to join the team, based in Dartford supporting the Project Managers with financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support. Paid up to 32K with the opportunity to progress into Project Management if this is of interest.
The M&E Projects Administrator will be based in an office near Dartford working within a friendly dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform a wide variety of administrative and financial duties and produce reports for monthly status updates.
2. Carry out finance reporting for P&L reviews, forecasting, debt, WIP and OPO's.
3. Raise Subcontractor Purchase orders and sales invoices.
4. Update and develop documentation such as H&S and CDM files.
5. Provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects and Senior Project Managers.
To be successful as the Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator:
1. Experience in working within a project coordinator role.
2. Experience in M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance administration.
3. Live in commuting distance to Dartford.
4. Have a can-do attitude with drive to progress their career within the business.
5. Concept experience and finance experience would be of great benefit.
The Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator will be paid up to 32,000 basic + package.
