Interpret and fulfil customer requirements with guidance from the Manufacturing Engineers
Write and modify CNC programmes to meet production needs
Provide hands-on support for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
Promote and maintain a safety-first culture
Support continuous improvement activities across the organisation
