You'll be responsible for the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of agricultural vehicles and machinery, ensuring they are restored to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Refurbishment and repair of agricultural machinery and vehicles General maintenance and servicing of equipment Welding and spray painting (if required) (is a great skill to have but not essential) Valeting and washing machinery before dispatch Managing time effectively across multiple tasks Supporting team members and contributing to personal developmentWhat We're Looking For: Hands-on experience working with farm machinery (essential) Maintenance and repair experience within agricultural, plant, or heavy machinery Welding skills (preferred, but training available) Self-motivated with a practical, problem solving mindset Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesWhat's on Offer?
