As a Senior Brand Ambassador - Live Tour Product Host with TTEC in West London, United Kingdom, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences for our client and their customers. In this role, you’ll be working with customers interested in Audi, which is part of the Volkswagen Group (VWG) product range while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
What You’ll be Doing
In this hybrid role, you’ll support leadership with reporting, client meetings, and motivating and coaching team members. You’ll also host virtual events and interact with customers as a product marketer. You will help customers find the right product – their next car (an Audi of course!). You'll host live personal virtual tours in a truly innovative Virtual Showroom to help get customers excited about the car, answer their questions, and book a test drive at their local retailer of choice.
In this role, you’ll report to the Manager and work with a team of virtual showroom hosts, impacting the customer experience by delivering a quality sales through service experience.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
* Coach and lead associates in partnering with other departments to ensure achievement of company and client quality goals.
* Coordinate training on new or revised information relating to services, products, or processes.
* Motivate and develop your team along with the Live Tour Manager.
* Negotiate deals and use initiative.
* Estimate and track key account metrics.
* Forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Deliver a full Needs Analysis of customer and tailor the product features to the customer needs.
What You Bring to the Role

* Ability to build and develop new business to meet sales quotas.
* Ability to manage and develop a sales territory for prospective clients.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel.
