The Reward & Systems Analyst is an exciting new role here at AllPoints Fibre where you will have the opportunity to support the organisations compensation and benefits strategy by analysing, maintaining and optimising the reward systems and People & Culture technology platforms.The role will involve providing detailed analysis and reporting on compensation, benefits and other people related metrics to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices. The analyst will also work with various teams to improve the efficiency of HR systems and ensure data integrity. The role would suit a generalist HR professional with a passion for HR systems and analytics. We offer a hybrid working environment and can accommodate a 4 day working week in this role. We hope applicants will be open to spending 1-2 days a week in our Reading office. What you will be doing: Compensation Analysis Perform regular analysis of market compensation data to ensure the company salary structure remains competitive. Support the implementation of pay banding, incentive schemes and other compensation related policies. Analyse salary benchmarking surveys and assist compensation planning, including salary reviews and bonus calculations. Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and external regulatory requirements. Benefits Administration Support the administration of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing and other employee perks. Analyse the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements based on market trends and employee feedback. Supports with the negotiations of contract renewals, working closely with broker and benefits suppliers. HR Systems Maintain and optimise HR Systems, such as HiBob and Teamtailor, to improve efficiency and automation of admin processes. Ensure data integrity in all systems through regular audits, testing and trouble shooting. Data Analysis and Reporting Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics for the P&C and the leadership teams. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Project Support Assist in compensation and benefits projects such as Job Levelling and Benefits Hub. Provide support with the implementation of new system modules and upgrades, ensuring integration with new and existing processes. Compliance and Policy Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant employment law and industry standards Support with updating compensation and benefits policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Gender pay gap reporting and analysis. About you: You will have proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as Excel, PowerBI Experience of using HR systems, including reporting functionality Highly numerate, with an enquiring mindset looks for answers and new solutions Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills The benefits at APF At AllPoints Fibre, we're all about looking after you.
