We are expanding in the UK and seek a Managing Surveyor or Associate Director of Building Surveying in Nottingham to grow our services. You will work with the Head of Building Surveying and other directors to execute our business plan and ensure sustained growth.
Candidates should have experience leading consultancy teams and skills in:
* Managing and delivering consultancy services in Building Surveying and Project Management.
* Developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
* Managing key client accounts for high-profile projects.
* Leading and developing teams across multiple sites.
Requirements:
* Relevant construction qualification and membership of a recognized professional institution (e.g., MRICS/FRICS).
* Proven track record in generating opportunities and winning new work.
* Ability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
* Experience in project delivery and survey program completion.
* Motivated, proactive approach to work.
* Knowledge of the Building Surveying and Consultancy Services market.
* Experience in successful project management from inception to completion.
* Team management and development skills.
* Client management experience, including dealing with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising a part of the building surveying team.
* Contributing to strategic planning and business development.
* Maintaining service quality and continuous improvement culture.
* Managing key projects and client relationships.
