About the role
We are looking for a teacher who can lead the development of students, trainee teachers and Early Career Teachers at Oakridge, as well as leading the subject of Writing within the school. Your influence with staff development will shape the future of aspiring teachers and leaders. We will offer training and mentoring to support you grow as a leader and appropriate time out of class to lead on these areas.
As Writing leader, you will be responsible for writing across the school.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing children as writers.
You will be working closely with our committed Deputy Headteacher, who leads on Teaching and Learning and supports other schools in Buckinghamshire.
We will offer training and mentoring to support you grow as a leader and appropriate time (1.5 days) out of class to lead on these areas.
