The Senior Regional Workplace Experience Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing workplace experience strategies and operations across the London regions for the client contract.
Job Description
As Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Regional Workplace Experience Managers, fostering collaboration and inspiring operational excellence across all locations. You will work closely with client stakeholders to implement forward-thinking initiatives that enhance sustainability, improve employee well-being, and create a workplace where individuals and teams can thrive. This is a high-profile role, offering the opportunity to shape a world-class workplace experience while driving meaningful outcomes for both the client and ISS.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic vision for workplace experience services across the regions
* Collaborate with the client to understand business objectives and align workplace strategies to support them
* Lead ESG initiatives, ensuring that all workplace practices contribute to sustainability goals and align with WSP’s corporate values
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Workplace Experience Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation
* Provide guidance and support to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
* Champion professional development and succession planning within the team to build long-term capabilities
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Extensive experience in workplace or facilities management at a senior or regional level
* Proven ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams and deliver consistent results
* Strong background in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
* Expertise in ESG practices and a commitment to driving sustainability initiatives
* Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and budget management
* Knowledge of workplace technology platforms and a willingness to embrace innovation
