Forwarding calls to the appropriate department, taking messages and forwarding in a timely manner Being the first point of contact for visitors to the business. Welcoming and greeting all visitors onto site, ensuring all health and safety/signing in and out procedures are adhered to. Booking meeting room and organising any catering requirements Purchasing miscellaneous office supplies working within budget Reconciling the shop receipts and global pay spreadsheet daily Adhoc administration duties to assist the Office Manager, Providing administrative support as required About Us Frontier is a successful and growing business.
