Building Technical Support Engineering teams in EMEA & US
Looking for a role where you can make an impact by handling inbound enquiries and supporting a high-performing sales team?
We’re hiring a Sales Support Representative to support our client’s sales operations by managing incoming enquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring prospects are directed to the right teams.
6-month contract (potential to extend or go permanent)
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage inbound enquiries, ensuring each request is handled efficiently.
* Identify & qualify leads, following a clear script and structured questions.
* Redirect non-sales enquiries to the appropriate teams.
* Schedule calls & appointments for the Inside Sales team.
* Maintain CRM accuracy, logging all interactions and ensuring data integrity.
Your Experience:
* Background in customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling.
* Strong communication skills – articulate, professional, and customer-focused.
* Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining a high level of service.
