This role is essential in supporting the teams daily operations and driving forward key marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Mailbox Management: Monitor and distribute incoming requests, ensuring they reach the right individuals. 2. Task Management: Upload, assign, and track tasks using Monday.com, the team's project management tool. Ensure contact details, documents, and deadlines are always up to date. 3. Meetings & Actions: Attend weekly team meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action points. Regularly chase the team for updates and ensure tasks are completed on time. 4. Invoice Processing: Manage invoices, code them correctly, and send them to the purchase ledger after approval. 5. Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for external partners and maintain close communication with other departments and external organisations, such as design agencies.
