Job Description
Sales Administrator (B2B), Reading:
* Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfilment.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and documentation.
* Handle customer enquiries, offering excellent service and resolving issues proactively.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Process and issue credit notes using the internal system.
* Coordinate and organise team tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely completion.
* Assist in generating sales reports and analysing key performance data.
* Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities as required.
* Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Sales Administrator (B2B), Reading:
* Previous experience in a sales administration or similar support role within a B2B environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with CRM systems.
