Pay: £11.70 per hour (£50 per Sleep-In Shift)
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Winnersh, RG41 (Just a 3min drive from Winnersh Train Station)

Who Will I Be Supporting?
We support two gentlemen and one lady in their 30s-60s who love:
- Going out: Visiting the theatre and activity clubs
- Nature: Scenic walks
- Swimming: Absolutely love swimming
- Social Events: Music festivals, bowling, and seaside trips
They have learning disabilities and autism and live together in their shared home. Empathetic support workers with good initiative and an upbeat attitude would be a wonderful match.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Empowering Independence: Supporting people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
- Daily Living Support: Providing personal care, meal support, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Providing Care: Wheelchair assistance and supporting with medication, including epilepsy medication.
Flexible Shift Patterns
- Day Shifts: 7am - 3pm
- Day Shifts: 2pm - 10pm
- Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm - 7am (Paid To Sleep)
- Waking Night Shifts: 9:45pm - 7:15am (Only Ocassional Cover Required)
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
