We are looking for collaborative, creative, team-focused collaborators to take our EPM and Finance Consulting practice to the next level, and currently have an opportunity for an EPM Consultant with Industry knowledge of the Retail & Consumer sector, to join the team at Senior Manager level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building
2. Be a trusted advisor on financial solutions (i.e. speaking at User Group events etc)
3. Expert knowledge of PB&F processes and best practices
4. Team management experience of between 3-30 people including offshore
5. Customer-focused experience is highly desirable
6. Have experience of supporting pre-sales engagements and responding to RFP’s etc
7. Extensive experience in system enablement e.g. SAC, Board, Anaplan solutions
The skills and experience we’re looking for:
8. Management and Consulting leading EPM projects
9. Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Director Level
10. Supporting in the financial management and control of client engagements
11. Be responsive to business development needs to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients or new tenders
12. Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
13. Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
14. Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
