Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Training & Development
* Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
* Organise and track employee development initiatives.
* Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
2. Appraisal & Performance Management Support
* Assist managers in conducting performance appraisals.
* Provide guidance on setting employee development goals.
* Monitor progress and follow up on performance improvement plans.
3. Updating Policies & Procedures
* Review and update company policies to align with employment law and best practices.
* Ensure all policies are clearly communicated to staff.
* Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.
4. Staff Welfare & Employee Support
* Act as a point of contact for employee welfare concerns.
* Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and well-being.
* Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture.
5. Managing Annual Leave & Absence
* Oversee annual leave requests and approvals.
* Track absences and ensure compliance with leave policies.
* Provide reports and insights on leave trends.
6. Managing Company Benefits
* Administer and communicate employee benefits packages.
* Support the implementation of new benefits and incentives.
* Liaise with benefit providers and address employee queries.
What they are looking for:
✅ HR Experience – Minimum 3 years in an HR role, ideally with a focus on training, appraisals, or staff welfare.
✅ CIPD Qualification (or working towards) preferred.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to work with employees at all levels.
