The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
1. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
2. Drive new business development and secure long-term partnerships
3. Work across various industries including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-Road sectors
4. Plan and organise your own sales pipeline and daily work schedule
5. Deliver tailored sales presentations to potential customers
6. Meet and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For:
1. At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (industry experience desirable)
2. Proven ability to win new business & maintain client relationships
3. Strong commercial awareness & negotiation skills
4. Excellent communication & organisation skills
5. Resilient, self-motivated & results-driven personality
6. IT literate - Comfortable using CRM & sales tracking tools
