The resulting growth from this approach sees the requirement to appoint an additional senior qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant to the team. THE ROLE
* Manage and guide a small team of ACA trainees and technicians to deliver the highest quality work to set timescales.
* Help prepare and review financial statements for limited companies.
* Prepare and review monthly management accounts and provide advice and commentary to associated company directors.
* Prepare KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
* Demonstrate strong project management skills.
* Mentor and support the team.
* Maintain and build client relationships.
* Prioritise workload appropriately and adhere to strict deadlines.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
CRITERIA
* Hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
* Two years’ post-qualified experience in an accounts practice environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
