The Role: To join the Operations Team and work across a range Operations Support Contracts. This will include providing the day to day support to operating assets and supporting greenfield pre-start up projects. The candidate will be required to: Carry out Process Engineering Calculations, Simulations and other tasks and produce high quality reports which are approved by Operations Management prior to transmittal to clients. Check the work of peers, Engineers and Graduate Engineers prior to transmittal to clients. Develop process operation procedures. Attend relevant Safety, Health and Environmental awareness training provided by the company. Proficiently use the HYSYS Process Simulator and other process software. Participate in the Corporate Training and Development scheme and maintain their awareness of current issues in Industry and Process Technology. Pro-actively resolve design problems with vendors and third parties. The role is not an offshore role; however offshore survival certificate holding is an advantage. Scope of Responsibility: The candidate will be required to: Carry out work in accordance with ODE Asset Management Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems. Champion process safety in the OPS support team. Clearly understand the Codes and Standards applicable to the work carried out and raise deviations where necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent. Process engineering experience in design/operations. Have experience related to the oil & gas production and processing industries. Brownfield experience advantageous Have participated in a graduate training scheme with a bona fide corporation or institution.
