Japanese speaking Amadeus Ticketing Officer - Job Description:
* Handling all aspects of international airline ticket issuance
* Issuing and arranging international air tickets using Amadeus
* Fare calculations, settlement tasks, processing changes, cancellations, and refunds
* Preparing quotes, registering tariffs, and handling customer inquiries (by phone and email)
* Supporting the Sales Manager
* Performing other related administrative duties
Japanese speaking Amadeus Ticketing Officer - Requirements:
* Japanese to mother tongue standard and business-level English
* Previous work experience in the travel industry is essential
* Experience in using Amadeus is a must
* Experience in arranging international air tickets (especially ticketing and settlement experience is highly welcomed)
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
