Project Manager – Multi-Utilities
Location: South of England
Salary: £63,000 + car/car allowance
Fourblue has teamed up with a leading provider of multi-utility infrastructure services, delivering complex projects with the highest standards of safety and quality. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team and manage key projects across the utilities sector.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multi-utility projects from inception to completion. This includes managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
* Lead and manage multi-utility projects, including water, gas, and electric networks (up to 11kV)
* Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to commissioning and handover
* Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to specification
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and milestones are met
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project delivery
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients
* Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and ensure smooth project execution
* Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Criteria for the Project Manager:
* Previous experience working with an ICP, IDNO or DNO environment
* You will need to be electrically biased with an understanding of multi-utility infrastructure, industry standards, and relevant regulations
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety standards within the utilities sector.
* Relevant Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, or equivalent) is desirable
