What You’ll Be Doing: Provide individualised removals options in response to incoming enquiries by phone, email, or chat. Determine the needs of the removals client and connect them with the relevant relocation or moving services. To secure business and close deals, follow up on removals quotes. Develop a relationship of trust with your clients to make their move more enjoyable. Reach or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals for both individuals and teams. Keep abreast of the removals industry developments, pricing, and relocation services. Utilise CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups. Provide feedback to marketing and operations teams on removals customer preferences and service improvements. Attend regular sales meetings and report on personal performance. Address customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Ensure documentation and instructions are clear for seamless operational execution. Complete any additional tasks as required by management. What We’re Looking For: Three years or more of sales experience, ideally in logistics, removals, or relocation services. Demonstrated ability to reach and surpass sales goals. Strong ability to develop relationships and interact with others. Meticulous, and outstanding time management skills. Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and client needs. Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and CRM applications.
