Job Description: The care home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of care for residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, including staff management, resident care, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Manage, mentor, and support a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, working closely with families and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
