Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining and updating employee records
Assisting with recruitment processes
Coordinating staff training and development activities
Handling HR-related inquiries or requests
Assisting in payroll preparation
Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Preparing reports and documentation for senior managementProfile
Able to start immediately as HR Administrator
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and confidentiality pertaining to HR matters
