The Role: As an Autism Support Assistant, you will: ✔ Provide one-to-one and small-group support for children with autism. ✔ Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. ✔ Assist with social, emotional, and communication development. ✔ Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support each child’s individual needs.
