TEMPORARY OFFICE SALES ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for someone with office experience to take on a full-time temporary administrator position. You will be supporting a small office team that works hard but has fun. This could become a permanent contract for the right person.
Monday to Friday 08:15 - 17:00
£12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Order Processing
2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
3. Liaise with the warehouse and production teams
4. Ensuring completed orders are cleared for accounts processing
5. Data Processing & Reporting
6. Generate and assist with customer reports as requested.
7. Administrative Support - manage office supplies as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance workflow efficiency and problem resolution.
