We are currently recruiting for Smart Repair Technicians to join our client based in the Bristol & Gloucester areas.
Job Role:
* Prepare surfaces and equipment for painting, ensuring all materials are clean and free of contaminants.
* Apply coatings using conventional air spraying techniques on industrial machinery and steel fabrications.
* Mix paints to manufacturer specifications and adhere to technical documents and guidelines.
* Maintain and clean all painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
* Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Experience:
* Proven experience as a paint sprayer.
* Proficiency in conventional air spraying of single and two-pack paints.
* Experience with airless spraying is highly advantageous.
* Ability to read and interpret paint technical documents and specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
