Job Overview
Our SDR team is the critical glue that bridges the gap between our Sales and Marketing teams, they are typically the first point of contact for prospects wanting to engage with us. Reporting to the SDR Manager and building on the strong social, event, community and brand-building work by the Marketing team, you will identify, develop and convert both cold and warm prospects into quality opportunities for the sales team. Your superior communication skills, creativity, natural curiosity and knack for uncovering ideal prospects will be foundational for exceptional outreach to help you engage with, and qualify prospects, ready for the sales team.
This role will be working with our United States (US) based prospects, so, the working hours for this role will align with our US office hours (1pm - 9pm).
Key Responsibilities
* Source, qualify and hand over leads to the Account Executive team
* Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Hubspot, Salesloft, and other software
* Build target accounts, contact lists and executive ABM strategies and cold campaigns - powered by intent data - via Linkedin, calls, email and other channels
* Be the first touchpoint of the Papirfly Group brand story that is relevant to the prospects situation
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets of Sales Qualified Leads
* Use your creativity to develop campaigns and techniques that drive leads
* A thirst for learning from your peers and industry sources to continually chase success
