Work hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience Annual bonus of up to £1,000 23 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays Friendly, close-knit team What you’ll be doing: Maintain accurate records and keep the company database up to date Handle customer queries and calls with professionalism and care Own the sales administration process from first enquiry through to final sale Act as the go-to contact for both customers and suppliers Input and update data in Kerridge (training provided if needed) Generate quotes and raise sales orders Chase outstanding payments with confidence and tact Liaise with internal departments and relay product info to clients What we’re looking for Previous experience as an Administrator in sectors like motor trade, estate agency or conveyancing is ideal Confident using IT systems - Kerridge experience is a bonus, but not essential A trustworthy professional who values confidentiality Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
