THE HR ADVISOR
Our manufacturing client is recruiting for an HR Advisor within the business to work at their site The role will include assisting with all aspects of HR activity and to manage the day-to-day activities of Human Resources.
Naturally, the HR Advisor role has wide ranging responsibilities and duties will include:
5. Recruitment – recruitment & selection, updating job description and conducting interviews & assessment tests, referencing and ID validation.
6. Manage sickness and absence, advising management/line managers and co-ordinating /managing long term absence.
7. Providing advice and guidance to all employees on HR issues. Advising and setting up of company policies and procedures and practices are meeting legislation requirements and best practice models are being followed.
8. Undertaking generalist HR meetings – Disciplinary, grievances, inductions, and management meetings.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We really need someone experienced who can hit the ground running from day 1! This is a fast paced manufacturing site and ideally we need someone from a FMCG/manufacturing business.
9. You will have a strong background in HR as an HR Advisor or Officer
10. CIPD qualified or to degree standard
11. Excellent Computer Skills, word, excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
