Reporting to Head of People, you will be a crucial part in handling day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the company by supporting on people processes, employee relations, absence management, routine HR matters, grievances and disciplinaries, inductions and administration.\n\nKey Duties:\n\nExperience in managing employee relations, including handling performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.\nSkilled in managing absence and leave policies, including short-term and long-term sick leave.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to employee relations and disciplinary actions.\nOversee the recruitment process, from handling queries to interviews and selection and ensuring candidates feel supported.\nManage recruitment, well-being, routine HR matters, grievances, disciplinaries and inductions.\nManage employee communications by preparing and distributing documents on various people-related topics.\nWorking with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to source and assess candidates.\nSupport new employee onboarding and inductions via the L&D Team.\nManage employee relations by conducting basic investigations and provide advice on complex issues.\nCarry out general administration, assisting with course bookings, apprentice program administration and managing the employee lifecycle including promotions, transfers, long-service and exits.\nRespond to general HR queries, supporting the People Team and handling sensitive data collation for stakeholders. \n\nAbout You:\n\nCIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.\n3 years in a similar role with experience across multiple HR disciplines.\nStrong general HR knowledge, IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).\nExcellent interpersonal skills up to stakeholder level\nCompassion, integrity, flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a team player attitude.\nAbility to adopt a pragmatic approach to problem solving and make suggestions for implementing change.\nExcellent planning, organising and prioritising skills.\nAbility to multi-task with effective time management skills \n\nBenefits: \n\nOur client offers a fantastic benefits package including:\n\nCompetitive Salary\nWork Place Pension\nLife Assurance\nCompany Sick Pay Scheme\nLong Term Service payments & awards\nTraining & Development opportunities\nCarers Concierge Support\nEnhanced Maternity Pay\nEmployee Assistance Programme / MHFA's \n\nIf you're a reliable and supportive individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment and enjoys managing various workloads, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.\n\nTo Apply\n\nIf you would like to know more, please don't delay in calling us today on (phone number removed), email (url removed) or apply online.\n\nOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
