The Role The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary Health Visitor team to support initiatives in the community, taking a holistic approach to promoting general health and well being under the guidance of Registered Nurses, and provide clinical and clerical support in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. Contract type Permanent Full time or Part Time 37 hours & 18 hours Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
