Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
2. Assist in menu planning and development.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Supervise junior kitchen staff.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisines.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Team player with a passion for food.
